Our Partnership — EUAdv was founded on the shared experience of two Brazilian lawyers who built their careers across different countries. Marina has lived in Europe since 2019, while Elaine established her professional career in Canada as a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public. Together, they have firsthand experience of the challenges involved in building a new life abroad, navigating different legal systems, and managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Combined with a professional partnership spanning more than a decade, this experience has shaped the way we serve our clients: through strategic legal guidance, clear communication, and practical solutions that take into account both the country of origin and the destination country.

About EUAdv

Two Legal Careers, One Shared Vision

Marina Ehlke — A Legal Career Built Across Brazil and Europe

Marina Ehlke has been practising law since 2013, with experience in Administrative Law, Public Law, Estate Law, and Immigration Law. Since 2019, she has lived in Europe, first in Portugal and now in Ireland, where she works closely with Brazilians seeking to relocate abroad and foreign nationals wishing to establish themselves in Brazil.

She holds a postgraduate qualification in Administrative Law from "Luiz Flávio Gomes Institute" and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Administrative Law at the University of Minho, Portugal.

Having experienced immigration firsthand, Marina understands the legal and personal challenges of building a life in another country and navigating different legal systems. Combined with her professional experience, this perspective enables her to provide strategic, practical, and personalised legal guidance for immigration to Ireland and legal matters involving Brazil.

Elaine Ungaro - A Legal Career Built Across Brazil and Canada

Elaine Ungaro graduated in Law in Brazil in 2015 and practises in the areas of International Family Law, Extrajudicial Legal Services, Civil Law (Consumer Law), and Administrative Law. In Canada, she is a Licensed Paralegal and a Notary Public appointed by the Province of Ontario, with authorisation to represent clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Small Claims Court.

Having experienced immigration firsthand, Elaine combines personal experience with legal qualifications across two jurisdictions to provide strategic, practical, and personalised legal guidance to Brazilians living abroad. Her cross-border perspective enables her to assist clients in navigating legal matters in Brazil while building their lives overseas.
